The Director Quality System at We Are Sharing Hope SC, Lorraine Kemp, RN MSN oversees the quality and regulatory compliance program.

The Quality System department at We Are Sharing Hope SC is responsible for ensuring through quality management of internal processes and compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards that we provide the highest quality of organs and tissues to the resident of South Carolina.
Lorraine has worked in the Quality and Regulatory arena in healthcare since 1999. She held a Green Belt in Six Sigma since 1997 and obtained her Six Sigma Black Belt in January 2020. She worked in various positions at New York Presbyterian for over 32 years with her last position being the Manager of Regulatory Activities, prior to relocating to Charleston in 2011. Before coming to work at We Are Sharing Hope SC, Lorraine was the Manager for Quality and Performance Improvement at Medical University of South Carolina Transplant program where her commitment to donation began.
Lorraine resides in North Charleston, SC with her husband Dirk Kemp.
